Civilian soldiers should have a better understanding of the actual situation on the front line of national defense and cannot work in isolation. Although most of their team are retired officers and soldiers, they still have to go to the plateau and the island to deeply understand the pain points at the grassroots level. Their technological accumulation is deeper, their products follow national military standards more strictly, and they are more suitable for the country's military system and defense needs.
